The kernel  is not corn like we eat  but it is a different speices of corn. The outside off the shell is called a hull. A  hull is a hard shell the protects the seed.

As the popcorn is heated, the water turns into steam, which builds pressure inside the kernel. When the hull can no longer contain the pressure POP!  the kernel explodes, and a fluffy new piece of popcorn is born

Inside the hull, there are many things to discover. The white stuff inside the popcorn kernel is actually starch. That bit is also called the endosperm. It is the seeds fuel.  Beneath that is the germ where it feeds on the endosperm. So that is how it will grow into a plant. 

Conclusion

Popcorn is basically steam rushing out where it pops and grows into popcorn. When it pops it is the sound of steam shooting out of the kernel. Next time, before you eat popcorn, study how all of the science works.

Dear miss Hudson, I am having so much fun in Porirua cause you can go to many places and see so many things  yesterday I when to hiking in Paekakariki Escarpment track today  I am going to battle hill farm forest park and hopefully tomorrow I will go to pukerua bay a beach in Porirua   

Someday you should come and visit and if you come you will not want to go back that is how fun it is there are so many interesting things to do there are 7 admirable beaches you can visit no lets summer pass without visiting one of the admirable beaches in Porirua

One night the little monkey josh was playing the piano. “Good job son,'' his dad Josef said, then suddenly they heard a noise. It was Josh's mean mum she always bossed them around and made them do house chores “ok josh go do your job,” his dad said in a muffled voice. Josh didn’t like to play the piano but he had to practise because the mum made them play until their hands couldn’t move and if they didn’t do as she asked they would be in pain. The dad and the son liked to play fast but the lady liked it smooth and calming.

 One day they were in the living room playing the piano for the mean mum the dad started playing fast then the son joined the lady was getting mad “ this is what you asked for I have told you to play the tune that I like” she hit the dad and the son on the head, the son looked at the lady they started playing the piano as he liked the dad and the lady stared at him and the lady hit him again “son I know you don’t like this but we have to put up with this”

“But dad this is not fair” he stood in front of the lady and walked away, he looked at his dad and started crying.

What I think is going to happen next

I josh is keep on going to play the piano how he likes it and eventually, the lady is going like the music the josh and his dad like.

Firstly We should wear mufti to school because if your clothes are in the washing machine and you don’t have a spear ones then you are just going to have to be late to school or not go to school.

There was a house across my street it was old, rusty and creepy last year someone tried going inside but they died

Paragraph-1 

Later on today mum and dad were going on holiday and my best friend Jade was coming to stay with me. Later on that day me and Jade decided to go play basketball outside

Just when I was trying to give the ball to Jade it went in the front door of the monster house “ooooowwwwww dear” 

Jade said in fright it’s ok let’s just go inside “no way I am not going anywhere I have to get my ball this is my only ball and my mum said she won’t get me another one” 

But Jade you now that the house is creepy

“So what I am going to get my ball you can go inside”

Just as I turned my back Jade ran towards the monster house JADE! I screamed it is dangerous just as the house door open Jade started screaming as loud as he could   

“I can’t move” just stay calm I am coming “no” I have called the cops they are coming “ok”

When the cops came they tried getting Jade but the tree hooked one of the policemen the cops decided to take the house away so the called Mr Billy Bob to take the house away, Mr Billy Bob was a builder he was kind and caring he made sure everyone was safe in their house.

On  December the 31st in a small seaside town, people were partying while Mr Billy Bob was in his office when suddenly he heard a BOOM! He ran up the stairs grabbed his toolbox and went to the top. When he reached the top he clutched the light and COLLAPSED! He tripped over the toolbox, the light power fragmented into pieces and there was no light. The ship was about to crash into the lighthouse when suddenly all the town people appeared with lanterns, the ship avoided crashing. 

“Last night the lighthouse was saved by the villagers,” said Mr Billy Bob, the lighthouse keeper, 

Mr Billy Bob are you normally that clumsy,” no it was just because it was noisy and I got scared of the bang”

Last night the villagers came with lots of lanterns were did you get the lanterns from” we’ve got bad electricity so we normally have lanterns with us “

“ We were about to crash into the lighthouse when suddenly the villagers came with lanterns”

People were confused, they didn’t who the diver was under the water or what he was doing in the water, the diver was wearing a pitch-blacks swimsuit, aqua underwater shoes and a snorkel to help him breathe. Three also was an edible green turtle with a big shell that was green, small neck, small head and vivid eyes.

No one knew what had caused the flood but people were thinking there might be a real city somewhere in the ocean, waiting to be discovered, But others thought it was just the rain and some even thought there were mermaids and they even might have an underwater house.

There was so much noise. Everyone was terrified they all were thinking about how all this water was going to go away and if it was going to go away how long was it going to take or the water might not even go away and how were they going to get out of the city all these thoughts raced through peoples heads.
